Fresh Wind Revival Recap
We would like to first say thank you again to all of those that were in attendance to the fresh wind revival this past month. We pray that you were blessed by the experience and the ministry of Supervisor Dixie stokes.
I am overjoyed to share the incredible news that this year's Fresh Year Revival was nothing short of extraordinary! Each night, we were met by the powerful presence of the Holy Ghost, filling our hearts with inspiration, joy, and a renewed sense of purpose.
The Holy Spirit moved among us, touching lives and creating an atmosphere for the lord to do all that he set out to do.
during this time we were able to see people be healed and delivered from pain. one night Mother stokes called for those that were dealing with back and ankle pain. we received testimonies of those that no longer felt the pain they experienced before coming to church.
Many were prophesied to and heard the word of the Lord for their lives.
The main message that mother stokes got across to the congregation was that we are in a time of shifting John 14:1-3, 27. She went on to let us know that we can’t move physically, until we move mentally. Mentally, god can’t move us to greater because we are stuck in the past. and how does God get you to move? He strategically places things in your path that will make you move. You wouldn’t move if God didn’t push you. and if he didn’t push you, or place things in your path to make you pray, then you would never shift to what he has for you.
Mother Stokes encouraged us to get ready for what we have been praying for. be prepared for it, because the dust has settled!

Divine Guidance: Setting New Year’s Resolutions with Purpose
Written By: Sister Briannah Matthews
As we gear up for the adventure that is a new year, let’s explore the uplifting fusion of setting resolutions and divine guidance. It’s not just about goals; it’s about aligning our aspirations with a higher purpose.
In the tapestry of resolutions, consider the wisdom found in Philippians 3:13-14 NIV: ”Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining towards what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” This verse beautifully encapsulates the essence of setting resolutions - acknowledging the past, reaching towards the future, and pursuing the greater purpose that lies ahead.
Resolutions act as a roadmap, not just for personal growth but also for aligning our journey with divine intent. They become a vessel for self-improvement, allowing us to grow spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. When we set goals with a sense of purpose inspired by faith, each step becomes a meaningful stride towards the higher calling that God has placed on our lives.
Moreover, resolutions become a form of self-reflection, mirroring the biblical call to examine our hearts and lives. As Psalm 139:23-24 NIV guides us, “Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me and lead me in the way everlasting.” Through resolutions, we open ourselves to God’s transformative power, inviting Him to reveal areas for growth and guide us on the path of righteousness.
Picture this: a community of believers united in the pursuit of resolutions inspired by faith. It’s more than personal triumphs; it’s about uplifting each other and collectively growing in God’s grace. As Proverbs 16:9 NIV assures us, “In their hearts, humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.” So, let’s set resolutions with the assurance that our steps are ordered by a diving plan, and each goal is a step closer to fulfilling God’s purpose in our lives.
In summary, setting New Year’s resolutions becomes a sacred journey when infused with the wisdom of Scripture. It’s about pressing on towards the goal with faith, aligning our aspirations with divine intent, and finding strength in the shared pursuit of purpose-driven life. Here’s to a year of growth, purpose, and divine guidance. Happy New Year!
